Leadership Outside the Box

The Church Must Have young people because those young people are the future of the church the blend of the old and the young will determine how long that church will survive so if you go to a church there are no old people there might not be much wisdom there it might have a future but might have a future that not anchored on some wisdom. if you go to church that has old people and no young people there’s no tomorrow for that church because on those old people fade away that there’s no tomorrow to take over the church so the blend of the old and the young is critical for the development of the church so the challenge is that some people have to cross age barriers the old have to come and manage to think like the Young so that they can keep them in the church the young have to manage the old in their thinking that is different from their old and that blend is what we need now.
